Before Her Pole

Poem

By K.A. SmithPublished 12 months ago 1 min read

Between novelties,
I've seen her glide
Sets at a time like hide.
I wish
I wish
And another wish.
Like a game...
Catch, before her pole.
And hopes she doesn't
Turn the corner too soon.
And confess how explodes
Just interference for
An introvert type whose
Thinking about her,
Eyes closed.
Who fidgets with a charm?
Constantly, how it goes.
Getting reacquainted...
