When we truly Appreciate and are Grateful
for the many Good things
and
Good people we have in our Lives,
we are much more
Content and Happier within ourselves.
The past has gone and the future is yet to come.
Both we cannot do anything about ‘today’.
By ‘Living in the Moment’,
we are
Controlling our Lives ‘Today’.
‘Today’
is what we Can Control
and
Cultivate
towards a Happier
Tomorrow and Future.
What we Learn from Yesterday
Helps us Develop a Positive Today.
Focusing on Gratitude
and
being Thankful for the good we do have,
will give us that Sense of Security
and
that Peace of Mind,
which is so
Important for our Mental Health.
Let’s not miss out on
any of the Good Memories
that we can make ‘Today’.
