Everyone gets hurt sometimes, but only you can truly heal yourself. Don’t whine or worry about being alone. Just work hard and things will get better.

Life is happy and sad, exciting and calm. Believe good things are still possible!

If you depend on others, you might get stuck. But if you rely on yourself, you’ll be okay.

A bird on a tree isn’t scared of a branch breaking because it can fly! No one else can make you feel safe for good. You have to do things yourself to get what you want.

Take care of yourself. Your health is the most important thing. Don’t get too mad, don’t worry so much, and try to be happy.

Even if you lose everything else, being healthy is still winning.

If you’re in a good mood, spend time with nice people, laugh, sleep when you’re tired, and relax. Being happy makes you happier! Life is like a ship — enjoy the ride and be happy!

Bad things happen, but they won’t kill you. You can always start over and be positive and happy again.
