Wish I could be
someone you want me to be
but this heart,
never listens.
never to be forced.
even though I try,
to be silenced
of my pain and dreams
they are alive
even when I try
to burn them alive
bury them deep underneath
of waves,
to be crushed.
Silenced,
forever.
never to be seen
never to be heard.
but they just burst through,
through the waves
like dynamite of waves
explosions of waves.
Oh they can't be crushed.
For all I know,
I'll never to be as you say.
I'm my own enemy.
Author's note: I wanted to write the poem like the way I wrote in my notebook, centered and in waves which adds a beautiful touch but it's hard to on my phone. It's not exactly how I wanted it to be. So, please excuse it.

Ohh! This is a very deep and powerful depiction of emotions and inner conflict. It reflects the struggle within a person and the attempt to suppress oneself, which ultimately fails as dreams and emotions forcefully emerge. At least that's how I felt.
