BE GRATEFUL ...

Poetry

By waqar jameelPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

In a calm, under a roof day

Though the tire d mind screams.

I could feel myself breathe.

Fresh air flowing through.

I try to be grateful while some still dream.

Which were granted for And are my norms

Sometimes I do hear a hill of scream.

Of the oppressed which is filled with storms.

Even when we are blessed

With The organs to sense!

With the skin of complexion

Aren't we ignorant enough?

Gratitude comes from within!

Where I cherish the PRESENT moment.

A day gifted! which one in grave wasn't

A calm nap, while the depressed can't.

"Few amongst you are grateful.

Says your creator by addressing you.

And yet, why are we so ungrateful.

That is not how a model believer would be.

And i remind you the truth!

That all which is in your account

Will be questioned and asked to reason.

And remember! A punishment lies

For all that are sinfully deeded.

And why don't you open your eyes yet?

And understand that!

This life is all an illusion which is leading

You to the most dangerous end. The HELL

And also please be reminded that

Your end and my end

Is not very far

But is at our door step

Pay your gratitude...
