We spend our days holding back everything
Our words, our thoughts, our emotions
Never allowed to speak lest we seem mad
But creating is the one place we can be free
~
Writers and artists of all types
All around the world far and wide
Hold a secret language in their minds
But our creations are the one place we're free
~
The language of imagination
That burns in all of us
Crafting and creating, building and destroying
Our imagination is the one place we can be free
~
Creators the world over unite
Come together under one banner
The banner of our creations
Standing side by side for the world to see
Let us all say it to the heavens
"When we're creating we are free!"
This is for all the creators around the world. We all stand in solidarity of the fact that our minds are like madhouses. That would frighten most "normal" person to see. But when we create it should be the one time we can be free from all the madness in our minds. We can let it loose across our creations! Never hold your tongue, your fingers, or your paint brushes back! Create with all the rawness burning in all our souls!
