There are a lot of giants just waiting to challenge us. They know their power is small compared to God's, so they rely on our own low self- worth that they have created in us. They plant in our mind that we "can't, won't, shouldn't or wouldn't" so that we don't pursue those hopes or dreams that we have.
The Bible tells us that we can do anything through Christ, who is within us. But the enemy is expert level at convincing people that the Bible is an ancient book that holds no relevance these days.
Listen up... The Bible has never been disproven, and has been exhaustively investigated by Christian scholars and atheists alike. Not a single passage has been proven to be untrue, in spite of all of the modern research and technology available in this age. And that stands for something. A lot, in fact.
So when we are told that we have power over the enemy, you can believe it. He sneaks in and plants negativity in your mind, and then tries to block out any positivity so that you get stuck in his mud pit. Speak it out of your mind.
Speak life and positivity into your mind. You can do it, just try it. When you envision your dream, kick those old discouraging thoughts into the gutter from whence they came. I'm not immune to falling prey to the spirit of discouragement myself, and have been blessed by a spiritual friend who has snatched me back more than once.
You are an indomitable spirit if you just believe in your self. Own it. Be it. Speak it over your self. Take back your life, let God in, and believe in you like He does.
Don't ever give up. You are powerful. You have a force in you that can overpower any negative thought that attacks you. Your life is waiting for you. You are unstoppable. You are mighty.
You are.
