Back On Your Feet Again
This Too Shall Pass
It’s been a tough year, no matter the reason
But God’s still in control, amen
It’s only a test, you’ll get through this season
And be back on your feet, again
The Devil’s attempting to empty your cup
But eventually you will win
So always be faithing, don’t ever give up
Now it’s only a matter of when
There’s chemo, dialysis, rehab, or more
I’m imagining your chagrin
Through fear and depression God opens a door
Puts you back on your feet, again
If faith can move mountains, it’s time that you peak
You’ll certainly testify then
Be mentally strong, not spiritually weak
Cos you are a special made gem
Hey look everybody, just look over there
I finally can harness my pen
Seems God up above still listens to prayer
Since you’re back on your feet, again
