Awake

A Poem about one's intentional negligence

You should have the power to sharpen the mind,

you should hold the courage of learning to climb

High, as elevated as the winged soul of a phoenix

In the partly cloudiness of a horizon.

As high as the moon phasing

in between these kissed galaxies

of our troubled realities that fade away.

When you stay hidden in smoky clouds

suffocating you into the richest bliss.

But there comes a time when you irrevocably,

crave the clarity and expelling,

of the sweet forbidden fruits to conquer

the climb, the grind, and your mind.

Yes, to be awake is to be aware

Aware if it all, only to empower yourself

and achieve our purest beatitude.

About the Creator

Ninaa

I'm new to writing online, I'm naturally traditional. I figured I share my creativity in stories and poetry to the world. I'm into erotica and intimacy, but I have an inspiring calling to deep connections and motivational advice. Bisous!!
