Autum Leaves

Autumn leaves, by Rachel Head

By Rachel HeadPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

In circles they followed, colours of orange and red,

Oh how the wind did bellow, "chase me ", "chase me" it had said

to the corners of paths they did jump, and through the feilds they ran

hop, skip and bumping, some untouched others clenched hands

Under the bridge went winding, from the tops of the trees they did fall

bringing eachother togther, creating a colourful wall

and quick they were to disperse, into the gullys and the hollows

untill the groth of spring reborn and again to fall int the season that follows.
