The scientists say
That your phase
Doesn’t change my students
But every time I see you are almost full…
I groan.

I love my students and most of the time they aren’t a problem.
but something about the full moon
means they will be a little more spicy
a little more defiant
a little more cranky.
*
I wish there was some way
to tell you I love the sight of the moon.
But the affect on my kids
are enough to make me pull out my hair.
