Pattern of fortune
sweats and tells me that
Summer spins the wheel of scorching
~
Canvases of all shapes and prizes sail into the air of everywhere
Art museum brushes flick paint on all the walls
of confinement and they just finally tumble down flat
~
The mini Pollocks explode in my head
The medium Rockwell’s sketch under my bed
The large Rembrandt’s fly by on vines of various vigor
~
New ideas take the subway train with a fast fury and unfailing pace
Face is lifted in anticipation, as the train finally stops at the station 🚉
Elation doesn’t lull…
…even a single lick
As the path to more patterns, colors, hues, textures, twists, and swirls finds me waltzing on by…
