Arise my queen from the binds of sleep
Wake with the sun
As softly as you drifted off
With the light touch of lips to your cheek
To stir you from your nightmares
I may not be there in body
But my soul surrounds you as comfort in your trials
However trivial you believe them to be
The warm touch of my arms around your waist
And the gentle caress of my fingers in your hair
Remind you of my relentless love for you
And when you look in the mirror
Know how envious I am that you
May wake to that face every morn’
If there is ever a doubt in your mind
Of how immensely stunning you are
I pray you extinguish it
For your pure beauty cannot be hidden from the world
As so sure I am that wars
will be fought for your hand
So blessed am I to have known you
And to know you
Your soul speaks revolution to the
flaming tongues of the world
Who ask for help when they cannot help themselves
They see their Christ in you as I do
You may think you go unnoticed
But the mark of true humility is seen
moreover than light
Selfless you are and strength
yielded by a heart
Not afraid of evil
If you don't see it now I have failed
But I will continue proclaiming your perfection
until you hear me
Flaws are outweighed by every
child's life you've changed
And every kind word spoken
You are laden with elegance
Introverted and extroverted
To infinite measures
I can't ask for your love
But I pray you see yourself
with as much love
As my eyes do
