Are We in Love?

"Spill your secrets, I soak them in."

By Lizzie SagePublished 7 years ago 1 min read

Are we not in love?

What does your version entail?

Spill your secrets, I soak them in

We laugh and kiss when conversation fails.

Are we not in love?

Have I not spoken to your heart?

Heard its sigh and whispered back

Held together when the seams threatened to burst apart.

Are we not in love?

Each bead of water drops yes.

I know my heart and it knows you

Even if you don’t realize; baby I love you best.

Are we not in love?

Your smell on my sheets begs to differ

Intoxicate me with those blue eyes

Those alluring dark lashes, fill me with your liquor.

Are we not in love?

Because you’re not just fucking me

Your pulse, manhood, your tenderness

Immerse me in your fantasy.

Are we not in love?

Your hands, caresses, tell me so

Over my breasts, between my thighs

Leaving my river of love exposed.

Are we not in love?

I can feel the words on your lips

They soothe me. They sting me.

Give me a taste, offer me a glimpse.

Are we not in love?

Don’t I dance in all your dreams?

A woman you need now and forever

Twilight, moonlight, basking in sun beams.

Are we not in love?

Your body pulled to mine

In me, thrusting, we find our peace, ecstasy

Lips, legs, fingers, hearts, beating intertwined.
