i don't care who it is who stands before me in the mirror,

i never did‐

i never really liked him‐

i never had a reason to‐

his picture has never been clearer,

and he hasn't ever been standing nearer‐

standing in hatred's mirror,

mocking me‐

i wait, ever so patiently,

for the day that he falls, for good

so i can finally fall too, forever

he may only reflect to me,

but he projects to all around me‐

this seemingly careless he,

is just faceless‐ he,

walks around loveless‐ he,

is just mirrored by, me

he doesn't really care who it is who stands before him in the mirror
