I'm struggling with it.

Anxiety is eating me.

It won't just leave me be.

My head has been spinning

since the beginning.

Last night, my mistake

was keeping me awake.

Because of forgetting,

I'm playing roulette.

I've been more anxious than normal because I tried to refill the wrong dose of a medicine that I have two different doses of and I ran out of the more important one. I needed to write so nothing worse would happen because of my awful mental health.

You've expressed yourself wonderfully in this.💚

My grandmother used to say ’the hurrier I go the behinder I get’ When we are anxious everything rushes: our heart, our thoughts our sense of time. It is an illusion. No one sees it or feels it but you. Take a moment for yourself. Breathe in for three counts and out for five counts. Let your body and mind know that you are safe. You are not alone
