Anger

Anger is a funny word,

You use it to taunt,

You use it to hurt.

You use it,

And yet you’re the one who says

Is misunderstood.

Emotion is a sensation.

One you feel as

Pieces of your creation.

Joy makes you beautiful.

Anger

Fails you.

You fall deep

And don’t know where to turn.

Let me say this,

Just listen and learn.

Breathe

Flow

Let it go.

Anger is useless

It must not reap what you sow.

Anger is forceful.

It steals and beats.

It blackens your hands and weakens your feet.

Anger is dishonest.

It lies and deceives.

It tells you to forget what you know and believe.

Listen and learn,

And learn well, you must,

When given the choice,

Make sure your anger is just.
