Hello Sun

As for Summer it was fun

After all, that's been said and done

Summer’s gone and Fall can’t wait

Daylight Savings can’t await

Sunlight hours shorten by date

We carry on according to States

Hours are shortened in the day

As the sun subsides and lays

An ode to the Sun In all its glory

To the beach and let's not worry

Labor day starts the retreat

As we celebrate in the streets

Temperatures soar and become hot

Regardless of the season is not

As the winter starts

The Sun hot weather begins to smart

Cold blustery winds unwind

As the Sun Rays intertwine

This rhyme and pun

Is an Ode to the Sun.
