Oh, apple of gold, so crisp and so bright,

A symbol of wisdom, and a snack so right.

Your juicy sweetness, and crunchy bite,

Make you a treasure, both day and night.

In the garden of Eden, you played a grand role,

A forbidden fruit, that stole the show.

Your red, green, and yellow, skin so divine,

Inviting all to take a bite, and make you mine.

In the autumn harvest, you're picked with glee,

A season of plenty, for you and for me.

Your cider and pies, a taste of delight,

Make you a treasure, shining so bright.

So here's to the apple, a fruit so fine,
