Lyrics:

It’s blazing hot

Like the desert pass mid-day

Starved for the rain

He works hard with no shame

His aim hasn’t came

His hands smell of melting steel and sweat

It’s acid rain, pouring down the factory’s gutter drains

It’s soul aching, back breaking pain,

His hands are shaking, bones rattle like the rain

His thunderous face hides deepening pain inside

Lightning behind his eyes signifies faint demise

He inhales fumes, slowly chipping away at his health

His lungs are vacuums, take in foul air cough up from the chest

It’s never ending, steam quickly fogging up the hands of time

There’s no transcending, only descent into dark denial

It’s soul aching, back breaking pain,

His hands are shaking, bones rattle like the rain

His thunderous face hides deepening pain inside

Lightning behind his eyes signifies faint demise

It’s gut- wrenching, slow crippling pain

He’s marked with shackles bound by invisible chains

Freedom’s only minutes into the parking lot

If you hear of this place run for it and never stop

They’ll work you like an animal until you drop

And busy your mind so much you’ll never think a thought

It’s soul aching, back breaking pain,

His hands are shaking, bones rattle like the rain

His thunderous face hides deepening pain inside

Lightning behind his eyes signifies faint demise

It’s gut- wrenching, slow crippling pain

He’s marked with shackles bound by invisible chains

Freedom’s only minutes into the parking lot

If you hear of this place run for it and never stop

They’ll work you like an animal until you drop

And busy your mind so much you’ll never think a thought

Fading in…

Fading in…
