Everything must be perfect
Or there will be an effect
No mistakes or errors
Here comes the terrors
Always perfect is what they say
But they never understood the price to pay
Endless study and work
They always lurk
The disappointment kicks in
So does the pain within
Always perfect
Is what they say
But they never realize the work I gave
There is never a perfect person
But they expect perfect
When they ask and I don’t know
They stare with snow
Why can’t I be normal and imperfect
But this is what they expect
Failure is not an option
But it’s all in my head
They are me
I expect perfection
I never realized the work I gave
I never understood the price to pay
Always perfect
Is what I made
And that will never change
