Alone

By Oba

I just want to say a few things to polish your mind

Maybe seeing the shadow of your hate will purify your mind

You've lived too much for yourself, guess it's time to give others a try.

Sometimes your first effort do come last

You question what was lacking but never asked

Then you search for an answer you may never find.

Let me tell you something intriguing

See, life is like a canoe,

Even if you make a wrong turn, you can still say no

That life you see, is like a sea flow

You might be scared running down the slop.

Finally that life you see, is like a bullet

You can dodge and still get shot.

Now tell me why you still want to be alone

On this grumpy road with bridges

A place of emergency but no sirens.

Where many heroes lost their numbers to become zeroes.

It's time to give others a try,

Let them purify and give you a stand

Take comfort in them, have them by your side

And together, you'll accomplish things only legends can try.
