All The Different Shades Of You
“Sometimes we forget the beauty within ourselves”
It’s the things you do when you’re blue
That makes me think of you
In all the beautiful shades of grey as you do look blue , I admire you
When you travel through the darkness to find your inner peace , you spread love and sunshine to everyone around you without time to think
I admire you
As hard a the blackest night foreseen , as vibrant as the brightest pink , your energy shines through and true
I admire you .
The imperfectly perfect girl , that is now walking this here earth. You are a woman , a strong , very talent amazing woman . I admire you
You hide the deepest blue that any eyes could see so beautifully evasive when it comes to that, accompanied by the clearest clear water and the heaviest loads on your back .
I admire you .
Not for your beauty but for your strength even you tend to lack is true . I admire You . Youu . Youuu and YOU
For all the ways you continue to push through the darkest of storms into the the sunlight that is YOU

What Happens To Your Brain When You Stop Multitasking
Digital technology is the culprit that is causing us to doom scroll when tired, disengaged and unmotivated with the content that motivated you to log onto your device to consume in the first place. That is only the beginning. In the modern workplace (and even when filing cabinets were around, I confirmed this with my adopted parents to get my facts right); reading files while you are supposed to be present to the caller on the other end of the phone line is another classic example of multitasking that causes your brain (although adaptable and intelligent) to lose focus and concentration.
