All good things must come to rest,
Like evening skies that turn to crest.
The laughter fades, the warmth recedes,
And time unravels all our needs.
The summer sun, so bold and bright,
Must yield to fall’s encroaching night.
The blooming flowers bow and fade,
As seasons shift, their beauty laid.
The songs we sing, the dreams we chase,
They flutter by, they leave no trace.
Each moment cherished, held so tight,
Slips through our grasp, like stars at night.
The joy we found in fleeting days,
Now whispers soft in soft decay.
The gentle touch, the kind embrace,
Must part, and vanish without grace.
Yet endings mark a space to grow,
A quiet pause, a chance to know
That in the loss, we find the start—
A seed that blossoms in the heart.
For even when the good has passed,
Its memory lingers, made to last.
All good things end, but in the end,
They shape us, teach us, and transcend.

Wow, so inspiring poem! I love your it especially these: "That in the loss, we find the start— A seed that blossoms in the heart." - it's a bittersweet reality that loss is painful, but there's something beautiful that blooms from it. Thanks for sharing this ❤️
As long as your wonderful poems don’t come to a rest! Great work!
