AIR HEAD

I am leaving my head in the clouds,

allowing it to scatter amongst the sky and the stars,

feeling that each particle that breathes me

is teaching me how to walk lightly on this earth,

feeling the subtleties of each moment,,

allowing sensations to gracefully dance

a nurturing dance

even when sadness is intense.

This air is where I am from,

where I am going,

and where I have never left

I carry it wherever I go...

this container of eternity

that is reminding me

that I am friends,

with infinity,

with you,

and

with

every

living

thing
