The process of letting it go, let it die
Watching it come to an end

That’s just the journey and the trials of life
The wounds let the healing begin

The lesson lives because of the flame
Burning away creates something better
For the ending is just the beginning
Your battle scars and hope, earns you a name
Refined on every level

One for the pot, Kelli. The repetition of the line "For the ending is just the beginning" is a very powerful pause that lets you reflect on the scenario you have just raised.
Flames can seem deadly, but in the right circumstance, its so lovely. Healing colors are in the act of burning. Such depth in your poem.
