Here I will be waiting should you come back to me
Across The Sea I Send My Love
I send my love across the sea,
My heart is there with you,
Though distance lies between us,
My thoughts remain so true.
The waves roar, the winds may blow,
Yet still, my love will stay,
A constant flame, a guiding light,
To brighten up your day.
In every sunset, every dawn,
I feel your presence near,
For love transcends the distance,
And holds us ever dear.
I wait for you to return,
And wonder if you will,
But know, my love, it waits for you,
Through time and distance still.
So, across the sea, my love I send,
With every breath I take,
And know, my heart, it beats for you,
No matter what’s at stake.
