Accountability is no longer something people take or do
It used to be something we were taught needed to happen
No matter what it was the right thing to do and we should always do the right thing
When accountability get taken the then solutions can be fount
When blame gets pushed about then the circle continues.
The pit gets deeper the whole continues to grow.
The deeper the hole the more the dirt gets thrown on top
The more dirt that gets thrown on top the hard it is to get out
Yelling and screaming does nothing to climb out
Ignoring the whole does not help stop the dirt from being throw on
The more we ignore the more pretend it is all about our circumstance
The longer it takes for us to admit we are in a hole
The longer we will be in the hole
The more dirt will bury us
The harder it will be to get out of the hole we live in.
