My mental health has been up and down

Turning my thoughts into poetry is something

I have enjoyed doing, lately I feel like I have

Lost that spark. I look in the mirror and don't

Like what I see and other people's comments

Don't heko much at times but a friend of mine

Pointed at the chocolate milkshake in the shop

With brown sediments at the bottom

"You see that at the bottom, that's shit!"

The "shit" represented all the assholes

Who upset and broke me he explained

That was last week but it's stuck

Now I'm sat on a coach by the sea

Things are getting better

Some of the things I don't like about me

I need to learn to live with it

And it's just getting old
