I'm rooted in the firm belief
that there is more than this to come
Find balance in the gentle peace
that when we die, that we aren't done
Bury my hope in what remains unseen
a promise of rebirth
So, I dig my roots, as far as I can reach
building a foundation with some girth
My body willingly yields to change
knowing that life evolves from death
I trust that changes I have made
will grant the gift of my next breath
That each new blooming flower produced
extends the life of someone else
No matter the soil, turbid or abstruse
we will push on, nevertheless
The hope and possibility
that we are meant for more than this
That we've been given the ability
to receive eternal bliss

Nice words for the challenge
I like to believe the last few lines : That we've been given the ability to receive eternal bliss
Exactly, we will be in his glorious world for eternity. Good job.
