A Titanic Night

A poem about Titanic

By SOVANNUDOMSETHA MAOPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

The sea was calm, the night was dark

As Titanic sailed across the ocean park

The passengers laughed, they danced and dined

But little did they know, their fate was not kind

As the clock ticked, and the ship sailed on

A sudden thud, and everything went wrong

The iceberg struck, the damage was done

And slowly but surely, the ship began to come undone

The water seeped in, panic filled the air

As people scrambled for lifeboats everywhere

But the lifeboats were few, and the ship began to sink

Leaving behind a tragedy, we cannot unlink

The Titanic may have sunk, but its story lives on

A reminder of how life can be gone in a moment gone

We honor those who were lost that night

Their memories etched in history's site.
