In a mini poem,
in a wee
and easy term,
love is like
a tiny stir.
When I say,
“Hey babe,
I’m such a nerd (but I)
just made the Top with my
new poem!”
You make the ✨dork✨ in me
soar with new wing and glee
when you say:
“I can’t wait to see it when
I’m home!”
And with this tiny stir (that may not be)
a rush of lust
or gust of fire with
keen burn,
you make me fly
and let me sing
(for I)
am soul and song
of bird, you see...
(and)
you are a tiny stir (in all)
my blur of poem
and tea.
