Moon peace

Can you look past the hurt

find magic wonder

where heart sunset

used to move soul

to flowers and the moon,

can I look to you,

find my peace,

will you surrender laughter,

chase fate holding my hand,

share that one smile

that brought us island,

happy dreams in the middle of soul storm

my spirit knew your voice

my summer

found you close.

***

I dream another heart

grows wings

to find the path

where I still hold your hand,

where you forgot the way,

but pebbles held your peace,

where I can still remember us

heartland

forgiving

beyond ever after

that laughter you gifted to fate

returned

keep hope close to heart spring

dream with me

one more time

let me sing you the way

back to moon peace.
