When I think of the coming summer, I think of evenings full of fire. The sky burns with the end of a day and the approaching night. It is an eternal struggle. It is a beautiful event to watch. I love watching the sunset and the moonrise. Nature rules all. The poem below represents my feelings about the constant change from day to night.

It is here when the day & evening meet

that the sky is on fire

lit up like an ombre of flames

over the tops of trees

I sit & watch the evening fall

night brings its own mysteries

reminding me to live each day

& uncover them all
