A poem

Love an sorrow

By Jayden ChurchPublished about a year ago 1 min read

In the garden where we once did meet,

Among the roses, our hearts did beat.

Your laughter was the sweetest sound,

In your love, I felt truly found.

But seasons change, as do hearts,

A love once whole now falls apart.

Petals wilt and colors fade,

In the shadows, memories wade.

Tears fall like rain on autumn leaves,

A heart in pieces silently grieves.

Yet in the sorrow, strength is born,

A love once lost, a soul reborn.

For even in the darkest night,

Hope will rise with morning light.

Though love may break and hearts may ache,

New beginnings from the ashes wake.
