A New Prayer

There are whispers that follow me everywhere I go,

They call me a sinner.

But when I went to search for redemption,

It was all a lie.

-

So today I completely forgot my religion,

I met a new God.

And he has told me he found heaven

Right between my legs.

-

When I'm on my knees, praying as hard as I can,

He always answers.

And he every feeling you could imagine in me,

I may just drown.

-

With each breath he gives of life, he blesses me

A little death as well.

And if that isn't what salvation is,

I don't want it anymore.
