Reflections on Life and the Mind

Life is just passing by. Flowers bloom at one thought, flowers fall at another thought; you are attached to one thought, trapped in one thought. Let go of one thought, and feel at ease.

We are just passersby in this world. Traveling to this world is an accident, but in fact, it is inevitable. We can experience the ups and downs of the world and its various conditions.

Even though there are thousands of tastes and thoughts in our hearts, only a few people truly understand.

The world is not easy for anyone; everyone has their own troubles and sorrows. Especially in the adult world, it is inappropriate to talk to anyone.

After all, everyone has traveled a different path and experienced different things, creating a different life and thus forming different opinions and ideas.

The only difference between people is the difference in their hearts. Every thought and idea is a cause, and whatever you experience at the moment is a result. Sow melons and you will get melons; sow beans and you will get beans; sow good and you will get good; sow evil and you will get evil.

You will get what you pay for. Nothing in the world is easy to gain. It all depends on what you think in your heart and what you do.

If your heart is sunny, then your world will be sunny; if your heart is clouded, then a storm is coming into your heart.

The world is not outside but within your heart. When we were young, we explored this external world, eager to find something of our own.

In the end, you will find that the world has always been with you, but you have forgotten it. In a person's life, the heart is the most important organ, controlling everything we think and do.

All things arise from my heart, and all things are in my heart. Everything in the world is nothing but an illusion presented in your heart.

A person, living in this world, takes good care of his heart, and flowers bloom and fall with every thought. One thought of heaven, one thought of hell.

When people are alive, they have too many worries, but their obsessions are too heavy. Whatever you are obsessed with, you will be restricted by it.

If you feel extreme pain, you might as well choose to let it go, let it go as soon as you think about it, and feel free!
