A Love Across Oceans.
The Painter And The Girl Who Waited.

He painted dreams on torn old walls,
an indian artist with nothing at all.
His pockets were light, his heart was deep,
colors and hope were all he could keep.
She came one day, young, full of grace,
a white girl lost, yet found in his face.
In narrow streets and quiet nights,
they whispered love in soft moonlight.
She saw the stars in his rough hands,
he saw the sea in her foreign lands.
Their hearts spoke what words could not,
a timeless love, never forgot.
She left with tears, to lands far wide,
promised to bring him to her side.
But he said no, with a gentle smile,
“I will come, just give me a while.”
He worked with fire in every stroke,
years went by, but never broke.
Till one spring day, he crossed the sea,
and there she stood, where love should be.
They built a home, raised laughing boys,
filled their days with paints and toys.
Wrinkles came, but love stayed true,
their skies were always warm and blue.
From rags and dreams, their love was born,
through time and trials, it was reborn.
Two hearts from worlds apart, they say,
found one home, and chose to stay.

True love is always so refreshing to read about especially when written about so beautifully. Well done
