• A letter to my childhood friend •

To me, you're a complex equation to solve,

A never-ending maze that has lost its path,

A lonely puzzle piece that has no company,

A painting that keeps unspoken secrets everyday.

You satisfy my deep thirst and hunger,

You've the sense of my pain and my whereabouts,

I'm thankful for all the smiles, laughs, tears, ups and downs,

You've shown me the real taste of life.

You gave me memories I'd wanted,

Perfect images planted inside my mind,

Never to be forgotten for years to come,

As I stared back at it as if they were a life lesson,

Ones that I never thought that I could learn from.

I share my hopes and my everything with you,

Because you're like a part of me,

With you, I'm fearless,

With you, I feel my childhood dreams rushes back,

You're the shine in all the bad days,

But too bad that words can't fully express my true happiness.
