A Legacy Of Love.

From my book, "Growing With Grief."

"Growing With Grief."

Grief is the ache in your chest that never truly subsides, a constant reminder of the emptiness left behind.

It's in the silent moments when I yearn for a voice that will never speak again, and in the empty chair that will never be filled.

But among all the darkness, there is a glimmer of light. It's the memories that bring both solace and pain, the bittersweet recollections of a love that will forever be cherished. Grief may be an unrelenting storm, but it's also a testament to the depth of your love.

So in the quiet hours of the night, when the world sleeps, I will sit with my grief and allow it to wash over me. It is in these moments that I feel closer to you, as if your spirit is there with me, holding me in the darkness.

Grief may be intense, but it's a reminder that the love you have is real and will last forever. It's a reminder that even in the darkest hours, your love and connection will always last, and nothing could take their memory away from you.
