You knelt down

A dozen red roses and a diamond ring

In your hand

You asked me to give you forever

And I said that I would

But you were taken away

Far too soon

I was left standing by your grave

Holding the same flowers you gave to me

So sad - If this keeps up reading this dark poetry, I will have to write a smile article to cheer myself up.
