A Couple

We know where we are

And where we want to be

We have experienced a lot of joy

And a little bit of misery

So we stand together today

And declare our unity

Mine hand in yours, yours in mine

And we walk towards our destiny

We are willing to learn

And try something new

Aware of the new trials we will endure

And the failures we will go through

All we will do this upcoming year

And the goals we will achieve

Together we will work hard
