The joy is in the details: a street-food haiku

with Filling in it
An ode, say to tacos
One hundred delicious words
to satiate the scrupulous six-year-old
to the denizen of any famed carriage schilling
street meat
The joyful possibilities conclude
in one rainbow pocket
telling a tale that will forever have no end
no beginning
