A Brick Wall Divide

A wall I Can’t Knock Down

A Brick Wall Divide

Talking to you is like talking to a brick wall,

You think you’re clever, but your brain’s so small.

Words just fall, you take nothing in I try to talk

Yet still I just can’t win.

You smirk and you sneer, so sure you’re right,

You know what I am saying but just act thick

A wall may stand, but it cannot reply,

Just like you, with no reason why.

So here I stand, my voice growing weak,

Speaking to silence that refuses to speak.

And as I step back, letting silence enthrall,

I’ll seek out the warmth beyond this cold wall.

I know a lot of people with the same problem. They are like talking to a stone wall, and do not listen. Well Done!!
