In the corners of my mind, shadows creep

Whispers of doubt and fear that never sleep

Anxiety grips me with its icy hand

Depression clouds my thoughts like shifting sand

Mental health, a fragile thing indeed

A battle fought in silence, a war we must heed

The stigma surrounds us, like a heavy chain

But we must break free, release the pain

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness

It's a brave step towards healing and meekness

Therapy and medication can provide relief

And slowly but surely, we can find our belief

So let us speak out, let us raise our voice

Let us break down barriers, make a choice

To prioritize our well-being above all else

For mental health is vital to our truest selves

We are warriors, fighting battles unseen

But together we stand strong and serene

Embracing each other in solidarity and love

For in unity, we find strength from above.
