Sistah, sistah, tell me something!
Is there a reason that there is such a
LOUD QUIET
echoing throughout the
nation when we are still screaming that WE
CAN'T BREATHE, strangled gasps
erupting down family trees?

Wow. A powerful and important message well told. 💜
This is such a powerful poem.
I have a black American friend. Her school mates are rude to her but she is fearless about them. I am proud of her.
Powerful, timely, and significant.
You nailed this one⭐️
