There's something about the early hours of the morning that can make us feel more vulnerable and introspective. When the world is asleep and the only sounds are the quiet hum of the night, it can feel like the perfect time to confront our deepest fears and insecurities.

For me, 3 AM is when the real me emerges. It's when I find myself thinking about the past, present, and future with a level of clarity that I can't seem to access during the daylight hours. It's a time when I'm not distracted by the noise and chaos of everyday life, and I can focus on what really matters.

3 AM is the real you, you found yourself hopeless, broken, given-in and just want to cry like a baby or hug, you just wanted to be free and a normal life, but its hard to forgive yourself and you just start hating and hating, you want to scream but no one is there with you to here.

But with that clarity comes a sense of vulnerability. It's during these late-night hours that I'm forced to confront my fears and insecurities head-on. I'm faced with the things that scare me the most, and I can't help but feel overwhelmed by the weight of it all.

Despite the challenges, I've come to appreciate the power of 3 AM. It's a time when I can be completely honest with myself, and I can take stock of where I am in life. It's a time when I can confront my fears and work through them, rather than letting them hold me back.

Of course, there are also times when 3 AM is simply a time to rest and recharge. It's a time to let go of the stresses of the day and give my mind and body the space they need to relax and rejuvenate.

Overall, I believe that 3 AM is a time when the real you emerges. It's a time when you can confront your deepest fears and insecurities, and it's a time when you can find the clarity you need to move forward. It may not always be easy, and in the end of the night you passed out on you room floor into million pieces.
