3/30 God-Plated

Are you?

By Olivia DodgePublished 10 months ago 1 min read

Droplets of religion

In a blue-stained glass

Splitting oranges in the trim

Of our bedroom

Coats of limerence hanging

From gold-plated grief

Will it mean something

If I tell you so?

That droplets are framed

And admired

Trim is primed but never

Cooked rare

Limerence is a man I have met

Every time

I look in a mirror

Or think it is God beside me

In bed
