Nothing is as it seems

In this century and during the time the camera came out, we have discovered a wonderful world in photography. Photos have opened up a world that allows us to immortalize loved ones and moments. The photos last us almost forever, it has the ability to transcend from generation to generation. But today, there is a technology that allows us to turn the images that we do not like so much and modify them and turn them into a work of art.

Why We like to modify the photos if they really express that moment in which it was taken. When we modify them, we remove their own essence and transform it into something totally different. But nowadays, we don't even know what reality is if many times we see something in an image, and we put our imagination to fly just for when we are in front of that idea that created that photo, we fall flat on our shoulders and face reality. And oh, we realize that something as wonderful as embellishing our images often gives us disappointments.

But let's not see it this way. Let's see better the artistic side that we get with this before and after. Many of us see this image modification as a bit difficult, but today it is something that anyone can do not only because we have tools to download that photo and transform them. We also have famous apps that allow you to modify the image when you take it. But here I show some before and after.

I personally use my phone more for photos because it is more quickly accessible even if I have a professional camera at home. I generally use apps or the editor of my iPhone to edit my photos. Still, if I want to do something more professional, I choose photoshop. I think it is a complete editor that allows you to have options, and it is easy to use. I have to mention that I'm not a professional photographer but today's picture is practically our whole life.Our phones have come to immortalize even our last dish.

Nor can we forget the apps that turn you into cartoons or those that change your face with surprising effects. I have realized that the more you explore the world of photography, you have infinite possibilities of editing. By changing your camera position and distance, you can turn the image to a different one, or at least the perspective. Pixels also play a big part in our photos. Suppose we look at the photos taken with the first smartphone and compare our current phone; there's a big difference from the sky to the moon. In the past, we had to use a professional camera to take the photos that today we shoot with our device.

Some applications convert your negatives into a current photo, just by scanning your negative with your cell phone to reproduce the image again. I am curious to know how many people still have their negatives. I will have to look in my trunk of the memories to see if I have some.

Nowadays, the techniques to edit your photos are getting easier and faster. Even a child of 8 years can edit without difficulty. Already the old way to get your sd card and or connect your camera to the computer that days are over. Now magic is done with a smartphone, and even accessories are sold so that your photos are as perfect as possible.

I hope we can appreciate the evolution of photography. For me, photography is a gift because it allows you to see the past. And it transports you to another place without moving from where you are right now.
