Watchdog

In a small village nestled between mountains and dense forests, lives a guard dog named Bravo. Bravo is a Belgian Malinois breed dog, known for its intelligence and great loyalty. He has been trained since childhood to protect the village from any threat, be it wild beasts or thieves.

Bravo lives with an old farmer named Pak Budi. Every day, Pak Budi and Bravo work in the fields, planting rice and vegetables. Bravo is always loyal to Pak Budi's side, ensuring that there is no danger lurking. Even though the village is safe and peaceful, the residents still feel calm knowing that Bravo is always on the lookout.

One night, as the full moon shone brightly in the sky, Bravo heard a strange sound coming from the direction of the forest. He snorted and stood up, his ears erect listening more carefully. The sound sounded like heavy footsteps and a gentle rumble, which was unusual in the village. Bravo decided to investigate further.

With careful steps, Bravo entered the forest. He followed the voice to a cave hidden behind dense bushes. Inside the cave, Bravo saw a flash of red eyes and heard a low growl. It was a group of wild wolves that seemed to be planning an attack on the village.

Bravo knew he had to act quickly. By barking loudly, he tried to scare the wolves. The smaller wolf immediately ran away in fear, but the wolf leader, who was much larger, stood still and challenged Bravo. Without hesitation, Bravo jumped forward and bit the leader's wolf hard.

A fierce fight ensued. Bravo uses all the skills he has learned over the years to defeat the wolf leader. After a few tense minutes, finally the wolf leader retreated, injured and defeated. The other wolves followed their leader, fleeing deep into the forest.

After the incident that night, the village began to undergo changes. The presence of Bravo is so heroic that it provides a sense of security that has never been felt before. The villagers are increasingly concerned about Bravo, and every day there is always someone to provide food and take care of it. Bravo has become a symbol of courage and resilience for everyone.

However, the threat does not stop at wolves. One day, a merchant from the city came to the village and told about a group of thieves who roamed the area. These thieves are known to be cunning and dangerous, often stealing crops and livestock from the villages they pass through. Villagers became anxious, but they were confident that Bravo would be able to protect them.

That night, Bravo began to patrol more strictly. He went around the village, making sure all the doors were locked and there were no suspicious signs. One dark night, while Bravo was on patrol, he saw suspicious shadows approaching Pak Budi's rice fields. Without waiting long, Bravo ran over and watched closely.

Sure enough, it was a group of thieves who were trying to steal the crops. Bravo barked loudly, signaling danger. The thieves were startled and tried to escape, but Bravo was ready. He chased after one of the thieves and managed to knock him down. The other thieves were frightened and fled without taking anything with them.

The thief caught by Bravo was immediately handed over to the authorities. The village is safe again, and Bravo is once again the hero who saves them from danger. The villagers respected Bravo more and more and trusted him as their loyal guardian.

Time continues to pass, and Bravo remains faithful to his duties as a village guard. One day, the village held a big celebration in honor of Bravo. They erected a statue of Bravo in the middle of the village as a tribute to his services. Mr. Budi and all the villagers gathered, giving praise and gratitude to Bravo.

Bravo feels proud and happy, but he remains vigilant and ready to face any threat that comes his way. He knew his task was not finished, and as long as he was standing, the village would always be safe. Bravo continues to patrol every night, guarding the village with undying love and courage.
